Contact a board member for the next meeting date & place.This is a open door meeting, and we welcome anyone in Derby Downs to attend if they have any questions or suggestions. We want you to have a voice on how we make our decisions on various subjects, projects and making Derby Downs the best it can be.

Golf Cart Notice
Please be reminded that only registered and insured golf carts are allowed on the Derby Downs roadways. The roadways are public county highways and not private roads. Driving a golf cart without a valid drivers license, state registration and insurance is illegal. A golf cart is a motor vehicle and is treated like one on public roads.
No powered vehicles that include golf carts, four wheelers, dirt bikes are allowed on the nature trail.
The nature Trail in Derby Downs is unique, and will be used more and more each day. Just a reminder, the trail is to be used only by our residents and their invited guests. This means, you must be with that guest, whether it's walking, biking or riding a horse.
