POA dues are $225 per tract. Invoices are mailed in January and are due and payable by March 15th.
Please observe the posted speed of 25 mph. We are contacting various outside businesses, the school bus people and others to please respect everyone here in Derby Downs and slow down.
Please be reminded dirt bikes, four wheeler, and other vehicles with motors are NOT allowed on the Nature Trail. We are finding more walkers, in addition to horse riders are using the trail more and more as the word gets out about how beautiful the trail is.
If you have anything to announce such as a upcoming Yard Sale, a new addition to your family, an accomplishment by a student, anything of interest to our neighbors, please contact any member of the board.
